Penlan's excellent junior teams turned out on Saturday to form a guard of honour for the senior team's first game of the season at home against Cwmgors. Having lost some players on transfer to other clubs and welcoming some new players, Penlan took time settling down and were just behing at 10 - 13 at half time but eventually lost the game by 10 points to 19. Penlan scored one converted try and a penalty with Cwmgors landing two unconverted tries and 3 penalties. Pictures from Colin Rush have been uploaded to the website gallery.
